Miley Cyrus wore matching gloves that reached up to her elbows and had a black bandeau bra and matching panties under the sheer dress, decorated with small mirrors. The singer wore her blonde hair in a mullet style. She accessorized with large hoop earrings with brown diamonds from Loree Rodkin and a gold necklace from the same designer. She looked fabulous as we expected.
