Emily Ratajkowski recently accused some photographers in the fashion industry, as she reported the sexual assault she experienced during photoshoots. Emily sported an oversized tan blazer and a black top beneath paired with blue distressed straight-leg jeans and white sneakers. The Inamorata founder finished the look with black sunglasses, gold hoop earrings, a black face mask, and a gray baseball cap, while she walked her dog, Colombo, through her New York City neighborhood.
Emily Ratajkowski spoke for The Cut about being assaulted at the beginning of her modeling career by photographer Jonathan Leder in 2012, during a photo shoot at his home in Woodstock, New York. Emily had described the lingerie he had prepared her to wear for the photoshoot before asking her to bare it all, as he gave her one glass of red wine after another. A few years later, Ratajkowski learned that he was selling a book of provocative photos from the unpaid shoot, which she initially only permitted to use in a magazine. Jonathan’s representatives have since released a statement, denying her allegations: “Mr. Leder completely rejects her outrageous, sarcastic allegations that she being assaulted in any way, it is bizarre and sad that she is so cruel about the publication of the photos.”
Emily took to Instagram after the essay was published, as she thanked her 26.8million followers for their support.
